Powder coating wheels...mmm black!

Hi one and all, any one out there had wheels powder coated/refinished??? im really needing my wheels to be black now!! im thinking it may be cheaper than a new/2nd hand set?? also seems a pity to buy a new set when mine are pretty good condition anyhow! any ideas on best way to go forward would be great..over to you!!

Was 20 quid a wheel about 4 years ago - I think its gone up a bit now.

Didn't Liam have a problem with powder coating completely weakening the wheel? Something to do with the heat applied to set it?

Not sure but mine have done 35000 miles of Stelvio abuse with no after effects so far and they are about to do 5000 miles on the event this September .... You pays your money and you takes your cho1ce!

if the wheels have done a few miles consider paint rather than powder-coating.

black wheels its a matter of taste!! mine are black but on a quartz car with black roof and trim what other colour could they be but for urself... jusy managed to post a pic on my profile, now time for more

sorry but im not sure mister, i got the car with them on but i think they are factory fitted ones. i just liked how they look and made the car a bit more different / more aggresive looking..
