Soak whats left in 'Plus Gas' penetrating fluid (not WD40), then invest in some easy-outs (that will probably shear off in use and cause an even bigger PITA).........hope for the best wink

Can you discribe what bolt has snapped? As there are a few that hold it together

Get yourself to Machine Mart and buy a 90o drill adaptor to allow sideways drilling.

Nightmare!
Been there and done that.
I had 2 bolts sheared.

I had a go at drilling them out with a 90 degree bit and gave up after snapping 1/2 a dozen quality drill bits.
It took TrackVRoad 6 hours to sort it out! They also never used the supplied Steve Heath hinges and fitted new standard items for some reason. Expensive business frown

The bonnet hinges are supplied with detailed fitting instructions & I'm usually available on the phone if you've got any questions about fitting.

Fitted my Steve Heath ones a few weeks ago.

I had a little problem lining up the holes as one of the pins would allow the bolt in whne not on the car but as oon as it was fitted the bold wouldn't bite in the thread of the other part.

It would be easier to align the bolt holes if the end of the pin had flat sides as they can be a tight fit and dificult to turn to get the holes exactly aligned.

Once ftte it was fairly easy to align the bonnet and now they are nipped up it should be an easy enough job to remove the bonnet.

ETA - Steve, if you're reading this I really must send you the template for the mkodified speed sensor mounting plate. Sorry, keep meaning to do it.
