Advice please

Just purchased a tiger super cat 2ltr zetec with a few engine mods. Always fancied trying a track day or 2 but never wanted to take my previous toys (tvr) . Hopping to do Blyton and Cadwell. What prep or mods do you guys recommend ? I'm thinking wheels and tyres , car is currently Running some lovely 17's I'm guessing some 15's with 888's might do a better job on the track ?

Get the tyres and brakes in order alongside other appropriate safety precautions such as checking suspension over, extinguisher etc common sense things to make sure the vehicle is safe.
