Civil Engineer - Oil & Gas Industry?
Discussion
I am currently looking at my options and considering moving upto Aberdeen to work in the Oil & Gas Industry.
I have a Beng in Civil Engineering and about 3 years experience as a Geotechnical Engineer. Can anyone suggest suitable job titles to search for in the oil & gas industry?
The only relevant one I can see is Project Management.

Depends what you mean by "relevant" there are a wide range of degrees snapped up to do what I do (service company field engineer) from geologists to chemical engineers (Mechanical myself)
If you want something relevant to your degree, I can't be of much use, but a lot of the bigger companies (both services and operators) just go for someone with a decent engineering background and then put them through their own training.
