alarm trouble ?

Having trouble for the first time,had the car over 14 mounths now and its been fine untill this morning.its a 5Ltr 97 chimaera,the alarm keeps continually sounding off with no short introductory woops! the battery is fine after removing and refitting,but the alarm still keeps going off on full siren? the doors open and i can start the car with the plug pulled of the alarm at the front of the car,but the indicators still keep flashing when the engine is runing. there is no damp or water in the alarm,i have sprayed wd40 on the plug from the alarm to no avail, checked the wires and everything seems ok.any suggestions on what could be the problem, would like enjoy the sun this weekend.

Had the same problem on my 98 500,if I had hair I would have pulled it out. ended up taking it to local TVR dealer and having an alarm upgrade. Not cheap £300.00
