You're out defending your street with your neighbours. What do you wear on your wrist?

Definitely a G-shock for me. Rugged and can see in the dark. Might even aid as armour if you block a strike.

Mine would be my Luminox Navy Seal Blackout. Quartz reliability, tritium tubes for when darkness takes over, very stealthy so as to not attract any unwanted attention and super lightweight and tough with it's PC carbon reinforced case cool

Don't know. But I have just been speaking to Cartier on Bond St and they are (at 4pm) abandoning the shop due to the rioting.

Glad I'm going to London for the weekend.

Travelling down from Swindon to The Smoke tomorrow. May ditch the suit expensive watch and stick on the jeans and G-Shock?

Certainly, it's a bit like Shaun of the Dead when they walked to the pub staggering like zombies. If you wear a nice suit and shiny shoes, you're going to attract trouble. If you wear a hoody and run about like you've stolen something, you'll be left alone. The trouble is when you encounter a police line or try to get past reception. biggrin

I would draw the line at "blacking up", though. biggrin

Fake Rolex.

Pretend you've looted it and try selling it to a rioter as the real deal.

My Krug Bauman, the battery's flat so I could throw it at someone - all it's good for.

Did you buy it from a man in the car park of a service station?
