What a fking disgrace the last couple of days have been.

It's not just London - apparently riots/looting have been going on in other major cities in the country.

The fking low life mouth-breathing window-licking s need to be put down. It is unbelievable.

The army needs to be mobilised with shotguns and rubber bullets...just to hurt!

Not to mention what the rest of the world must think of us and us holding the Olympics next year.

What a shame...

Dont panic moosey, everyone else has been at it over the last couple of years..

The French have a good season of riots once a year, dutch have been at it recently, last year?? riots at lots and lots of schools.

I think the greeks maaaay have had a little civil unrest recently too, although that's for different reasons.

I still think we should bring back the 20,000 troops from germany and give them a load of rubber bullets and something more interesting to do.

There are still 20,000 troops in Germany? That really does surprise me if this is true.

My 1st thought as well

To be honest this whole thing is making England look like a bunch of out of control feral scum and wussy balless police state.

Is all very sad

It's certainly strange. Just excuses to riot and steal?

To be honest that is all that is seen of England from an outsiders perspective anyway.

To be fair it's a base of operations for deployment to lots of other places, also some fairy impressive facilities like hospitals etc IIRC. but yes there is, there-abouts.

I'm ashamed that we put our police in such a situation, facing scum down and with what seems like little leadership.

Interesting comments from the press around the world..

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-14456635

Best of the bunch being this, could have been written by soovy! smile

Komsomolskaya Pravda, Russia
Riots that began in London on the night of Sunday 7 August are spreading across the British capital... "There is real agitation in London's outskirts where ethnic youth groups from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan live... They lack any structure; this is just a boiling cauldron... If we compare the unrest in London with riots on Moscow's Manezhnaya Ploshchad square [in December 2010], the situation here is different, though visually they are alike. These ethnic groups in London... are shouting out that the police treat them in an extremely tough way. In Russia, the ethnic majority came out on the streets to protest against the police's inaction... In the UK, the police need a consolidated political will despite its strength. The authorities should say that 'if you want to live in England, you should work and become Englishmen or go away'... Years will pass before the UK authorities venture to take tough measures in the immigration policy. But these measures will nevertheless not resemble methods used by [Libyan leader Muammar] al-Qadhafi. So, London suburbs will keep burning," says director of the Institute of Political Studies Sergey Markov.

Yep, simple motivation....I daresay my TiC post above isn't so far from the truth either. While there may have been something more to it initially, now it's just an excuse to tear it up.

The thing is, most of the people doing the looting and rioting aren't actually english, they are all from different countries, that the toothless ass fked state that is britain lets stay here. This will only get worse, until someone grows a pair, and fks them all off out of the country, no excuses
