Promise to reinstate Road Fund Tax concession.

At the previous election the Conservatives promised, if elected, to reinstate the rolling date for Road Fund Licence concession which was stopped by the mean jealous Labour government.
The U.K. appears to be the only European Country which doesn't have such a concession - many others do also worldwide - and FBHVC don't wish to now make any representation about this.
An e-mail request to FIVA HQ will get a list of Countries which have a concession scheme - FBHVC declined to provide this - so that's a subject which needs a well publicised government petition. No acceptable excuses about cost: this would be minimal (and could be aggregated, or at a reduced figure instead of free) and not noticeable compared with cost of our war, illegal immigrants, government and council waste, etc.
