PACOS on 2004 bmw compact ?

Right so the owner / sales person of this car:

couldnt tell me if it had pacos and told me to call up bmw uk to find out. Great, lot of help he is and i dont think ill buy just on that basis, but does anyone on here know for sure if it does have pacos?

passenger airbag cutoff ...
