Clutch works as it should when not having to use it much, if stuck in traffic pedal goes down ok and you can select gears, feel the biteing point on the way up etc as you would expect. But as you use it more and more the pedal starts to not come up with your leg it gets slower and slower returning and eventually you cant feel the biteing point and the clutch starts to slip.

So I fitted a new Master Cylinder, new Slave Seals, no sign of scoring on the Slave itself or Bellhousing, thrust bearing is fine and fitted a new Clutch.

Everything seemed fine for a few days, decided to go for a rather spirited drive, lots of quick gear changes and bugger me if it didn't start doing it again.

Is it possible the flexi hose from master to slave is knackered?

Any suggestions would be appreciated as i'm stumped.

Certain types of matter-antimatter reactions are known to create omicron particles.
If the antimatter reaction rate, in a matter-antimatter reaction drops below 9%, it could cause the system's plasma injectors to lock up, which subsequently prevented the nacelles from being initialized.

HTH wink

yes, you could be experiencing 'volumetric expansion' I d replace the hose and put some quality fluid in.

I think you're wrong there Cooky - at 9% they go into Plasma-synthesis mode to prevent imminent lock up.
