Films you really like but your other half doesn't "get"?
Discussion
So as the thread says really - I can go back and watch films over and over again - some of them prompt SWMBO to tut and head off (result!) and others prompt just a blank look of "I don't get it - it's not funny" etc etc
Probably linked to my stoodent days but I give you...
The Sure Thing - John Cusack brilliant...
The World According to Garp - worth it alone for John Lithgows performance
Easy Rider
Roadhouse (but I'm on my break!!!)
I could go on...

All of them.
My wife fell asleep during the opening scene of Saving Private Ryan (in the cinema, complete with massive screen and 100000 watts of sound) as I was sitting with my mouth hanging open.
But if it was a fly on the wall thingy with Mel B/some other has-been on MTV or the E Channel she can stay awake.
Mad as a box of frogs the lot of them.
