Double glaze window lock repairs

The handles and locks on my double glazing is starting to come loose and not work. I have tried to repair but it seems that the thread has gone inside mechanism, I'm guessng it splastic thread in there. Anyway, not my level of expertise so I want to get a double glazing repair co. to look at it. Anyone know someone good in SW London/ Surrey?
