Sold my car today to a top bloke from Germany picked him up from the airport of to my mates garage for the loan of a ramp and deal done.
Sad to see it go abroad but only had time wasters in this country including our one and only TVR collector (No names need mentioning but you all know who he is) he told my buyer not to buy my car as it has had too many owners and had the wrong engine fitted well sir you are a complete cock especially as you emailed me about mine but were totally ignorant and I would not of sold you the car for 50k (Rant over)
So all in all a sad day, was not convinced I was doing the right thing buy selling but onwards & upwards.
Off to browse the classifieds

Im glad you've sold it, And hopefully its gone to a good home, I for one will certainly miss your smiley face at all the TVR events, I've a sneaky feeling you will be back in a TVR in the future, Anyway have fun in the classifieds mate..
PS your so right about PH's one and only TVR collector he comes across as a total cock, He'll probably end up giving his cars away cos no-one is gonna buy a car off him.

I Agree what a cock where do these guys get off? at least its gone to a good in ze fazzerland where it will be truely appriciated. With every Tom, Dick and Harry talking the marque down while sucking up to the run of the mill German stuff that we'd only take as company lease motors and another PH'er not getting any takers for a by all accounts lovely pre-cat Griff with a restored chassis from which you could eat your dinner at a piffling 9 grand, why is everyone surprised that TVRs are wandering off to where they are being appreciated by just about everyone who likes cars?

yep that same idiot offered a price for my sag which i said yes then he made no contact for about 10 days then made another offer for 3k less which is when i told him to go away he is a real muppet he had not even seen my car cant help thinking he probably does not have any tvrs at all and is just living in a dream world!!!!!!!!
