Door Lock on a 1962 Grantura

I need to replace the keyed lock on a 1962 Grantura. Does anyone know from whom the door lock was sourced? I am thinking that it might have came from MG. Also, where would be a good place to look for a replacement lock?

The external handles are Stndard 8, Standard 10
Very hard to find, this is why many end up with later BMC handles on
