Can anyone suggest options for dealing with a non-operational remote locking key? Just suddenly stopped working, changed battery but still non-operational. Any suggestions gratefully received.

If you have the code that came with the key you can take it to a specialist & try to get it reprogrammed. If it is broken you will have to buy a new one & get that programmed.

Thanks Guys,
Any idea on costs for a replacement and/or a re-programme?

If not done so already check under passengers seat for water this is often cause of the remote function of key going kaput.

Alarm wont go off if you get the key in the ignition within 10 seconds

Some people say that if you reverse the battery for 10 secs this sometime resets the key – didn’t work for me
