Much as with the title, I require the services of one of these to find some good kitchen staff. Alternatively, if anyone knows of a good website to advertise on, such as thecaterer.com that would be of interest, too.

Gumtree is looking for about 300 quid to place that sort of add - and they are hardly focussed.
