Voodoo Marasa for a beginner

Hi guys,

Im beginning to get into cycling and was looking at a voodoo marasa hybrid as a beginner bike, will be mainly riding to work and the gym. Its at the top of my budget and I have about 150 to spend on accesories.

Is this a good bike to just get started on before saving and buying more expensive.. and any suggestions for accesories, I have none as have done very little proper cycling since i was about 15.
