Rolex Passport Wallet

Hi All,

I wonder can anyone tell me the following please?
1. Which models came with the green leather passport wallet?
2. When did these wallets stop being issued with new watches?

thanks but no need
I have a few of them already, I'm just trying to find out which watches / watch box sets they should go with, to make a complete set.

I think they all came with them up to a certain date. My 2005 Yachtmaster (gone now) came with one, but my DSSD, 2 Daytonas or wife's DJ didn't.

Maybe they went the same way as the calendar cards, they stopped around 07 / 08
