What happenned to the EV cup at Snetterton?

Does anyone know why the electric car racing meet that was advertised to be on next weekend (20th) at Snetterton has vanished?
I found a link to the advertising

but it's not on the calendar and tickets aren't available.

I'm no massive fan of electric cars, but thought it would be something different to watch!

They pulled all the UK rounds some months ago and now have the first rounds in America in Octoer/November. I can only assume that's it's a lack of cars being built in time.

EV Cup has been postponed until next season in this country. There will be two US races this year, before returning to Europe next season.

Think, makers of one of the cars, filed for bankruptcy again, which can't help...

Said it in another thread, they're going to need a long extension lead if they plan to make it around Auto Club Speedway
