Seems a bit pointless when you can just turn on your side-lights.

No work today.

So yes. smile

I can only apologise for the boring and tedious topics my brain conjures because of said boredom.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why you would want to do something like the bellow.

^^ A new standard in measuring panel gaps?

'This car has panel gaps so big you could fit a DRL in them'.

I wouldn't say that's the most cringeworthy.

I think it looks better than the majority of the OEM ones fitted!

I had to laugh t'other day when a car coming toward me had the aftermarket DRL on one side hanging off bouncing on its cable. Must have been stuck on with double sided tape, not exactly OE quality! How long are they expected to stay on - till the next pointless fad ?

It makes wonder why people with older audi a4's think it will look like the newer generation of a4's if they stick st halfords drl's on! I'm not a fan of any of them think it makes them look tacky and like a xmas tree lighting set.

Not nearly as annoying as the latest generation of cars, mainly 2011 Skoda's I think that have their non LED DRL's located where there foglights used to be, so now it looks like they have their fog lights on during the day!

>driving home tonight
>notice it's getting darker earlier (misty up here)
>pass a sales rep A5 special (white, 19s, 60 in a 40 and DRLs)
>think to self PH will soon start filling up with people moaning about DRLs
>log onto PH
>see this thread
>feel vindicated

Op has a point though hehe
