ankle/foot injury

Ok, so like a complete idiot I managed to fall over absolutly nothing at all in a busy resteraunt whilst completely sober.
I have no idea how i fell but needless to say I have a very sore left foot which is a little swollen and i can just about walk although limping very badly! Also got an aching left knee and a very bruised right knee when i fell down.

This was last night, how long to give myself before bothering the staff at the walk in centre?
