Camping in Provence

I am looking at going camping for a couple of weeks with the wife and kids, and fancied southern France, but must admit I know nothing about the area.

We always go to the Atlantic coast, but I really fancy visiting the Med coast and staying a little inland in the countryside avoiding all the obvious touristy spots.

Does anyone have any suggestions for areas and perhaps campsites?
