Anyone been refused fuel since the riots ?

Apparently there are lots of reported cases of fuel refused quoting the recent riots as the reason.

There were signs on the pumps at my local BP yesterday forbidding people from using jerry cans.

I filled my petrol cans up the other day no problems although i had read on the net of people having issues, punish the many for the few, i need petrol to run chainsaws hedge cutters strimmers etc as part of my daily work, if i was refused i would be a little put out, one could say

i got a petrol can worth ok afew days ago, but up here the only attempts at looting were on ebay.

Same at my local (Tesco) on Friday.....guy with van and mini-digger on the back which he filled but the cashier stopped him from filling the can which was presumably just extra fuel, she said it was a Police request/demand....

No problems here on the south coast by all accounts, not too many riots just lots of boat with outboards about.
