Does any one know if these fit my fuel rail ,are they compatible.Ive heard some are to short..i wonder what type of spray pattern they have. What would be the max injector size for around 350hp
Injector Body Design: EV1, steel and composite plastic; painted
Flow rate:
30 lbs/hr (335 cc/min) at 43.5 psi
Electrical connector type: Minitimer/EV1
Length: 3 inches, 74 mm
Diameter: 1 inch, 24 mm
Orings: Top and bottom, 14.5 mm
Resistance: 14 Ohms
(All fuel injector specifications meet or exceed the manufacturer's specification standard).

Dale at Bailey performance seems keen to replace mine while being converted to MS.
I might be interested also but maybe bigger again for future development.
I believe the MS can handle a big injector for modest requirements of say 339.6 bhp.
I was thinking 30lb to 34lb..I might be interested also but maybe bigger again for future development.

Or these type with the wide mist spray pattern

Big injectors are all very well right up to the point you go too big and sacrifice low load running because the PW can't go short enough. According to the Megamanual http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/minj.htm#size with 8 injectors, 300hp requires 22lb, 350hp requires 26lb and 400hp 29lb.
At the end of the day its your cash but be wary of going for outright power while forgetting about real world conditions like motorway cruising and traffic jam idle.

Im aiming for 350hp would 30lb injectors be a overkill.if you fit a 3bar regulator does this mean the pump is on its limit ? Would the standard 2,5 bar work better if the injectors are that big or would you loose the spray pattern..

And adding cruising fuel consumption ??
Daz, why not choose a different rolling road and you may find you already have 350 rather than 339.5 ???
Can't understand someone's need to change all for another 10.5 bhp..........oh, it's you Darren!!
All offered in the best possible taste.......

The injectors are flat out at 5000 RPM which is not good ..
Injectors are needed ..But i don`t want to spend £300 ..This has helped me.If i don`t go to large on the injector the fuel economy will be better not worse..

Think 30lb would be a good compromise..Thats why im trying to find sme which fit and are compatible

On my ABZ conversion I'm running ex-Ford Mustang blue/purple 24lb@3bar injectors and aiming for 350hp at the fly, according to the Megamanual I can get that by running 3.5bar system pressure...
...if you really do want to save money why dont you just up the fuel pressure accordingly?

Running big injectors is fine as long as you scale them correctly within the ECU. I run 440cc/min Bosch ones on both my Chim and the Tuscan (well not run the Tuscan yet but that's another story). On the Chim I've got no issues with low speed running at all, running at standard fuel pressure on about 400bhp on an Emerald.
Interesting comparisons at:

Note his points about being suspicious of the claimed flow rates, what happens to the spray patterns when the pressure is upped, and that atomization is not always best in a tuned/boosted motor. Tell me if you can see the difference in spray pattern at 50psi between the lauded Bosch & Lucas ones?

So with a target of 350hp set at standard 2.5 bar which i think is close to 36psi what would be the best injector size to go for ..Would 30lb be a overkill..Which Bosch injectors are to short and create a problem when trying to fit..Im not planning any mods such has Super charger ,turbos etc in the future..I just want it to be a nice drivable car with power when i need it.. if i can extract another 10.5hp why not ..
IT IS A NICE ROUND FIGURE 350HP
