Snorkeling over the Aug bank holiday?

Hi All,
I really am missing a bit of snorkeling- is there anyway cheap I could go to over the Friday, Sat & Sunday?
Open to suggestions- I am not that well travelled, so I am unsure of Greece, Malta etc?
Went to Egypt (Taba) last year and loved it, but not keen to back to same place, and too far for a few days travel.
Europe & £250 per person would be perfect!
