Since when did we discriminate on whether you could park on a piece of public road by how your car is powered?!

As a point of order, unless there's a more specific set of criteria as to the definition of an 'electric vehicle' somewhere else close to that parking space, I'd say it was pretty unenforceable, as all petrol engined cars require electrics to work.

It doesn't, for instance, say 'electric powered vehicles only'.

The real joke when you talk about EV's and hybrids etc are things like the Chevrolet Tahoe Hybrid with a million litre V8 in it and a AA battery which would make it exempt from the Kengestion charge. I almost want to buy one just to do that!
