I think I'm going to have a go at this. I've not been to Donnington before.

I'm in, booked it last weekend. I think there are still places, Apex mentioned it on Facebook earlier.

I've had a really busy week so far, which was a after a pretty bad weekend. I'm looking forward to this now!

mmmm, well it's the first track day with a covered car for me at least, but 600 bhp could take a little holding especially on toyo 888 which they say don't use in standing water, looks like a long day in the garage LOL
see you there !!

On a day like it could be tomorrow, that audi engine would have been better off staying in its original home!

In spite of the rain, which was a bit... You know... relentless, I really enjoyed this day. I'll upload the photos later.

I'm afraid I got a good video of the slow motion spin of the red Porsche. He was a touch slowly letting me past, but the video made up for that! (Given it was a harmless spin, of course.) My goodness it was slippy out there, and my tires had no shoulders. It was fantastic fun! It was the first time I may have just misbehaved with a deliberate slide or two, a little! Kinda difficult not to. smile

think it was an educational day................taught me a lesson LOL had a big whoopsie up hollywood, just kept it out of the wall, the guy behind got it on video so waiting for that to appear on you tube.
good day, well organised, very relaxed, shame about it lashing it down for most of the day, seamed a bit frantic after lunch so held back for a while, took it steady & didn't have to take car home in a bag. no controled slide for me, just lots of twitches when the turbos kicked in
