A "Big Up" For an Insurance Company!

Can I just say that instead of the usual moaning about Insurance companys, whether it be cost of renewals, taking

ages to sort out a claim or robbing you for a house move or small mod I would like to congratulate..........

Third party coughed for it (Had no choice really!) (Elephant)

Claim settled 12/08/11 !!!!!! Actually offered £1200 (£300 more than car was worth) (Old X reg Punto)

Having had to wait TWO YEARS for a claim to be fully settled in the 90s I thought this was unbelievably quick.

Anybody quicker??

Not quite as quick but adrian flux sorted me out quickly when I wrote a car off. Car-Lamp post interaction on friday morning. Cheque delivered by post for the cost of the car minus my excess following friday morning.

Sister company + reducing costs by getting it sorted asap? If both parties are co-operative then I hardly see any point of them wanting to drag out the claim.
