Blisters on left foot

I have blisters forming on my left foot around the heal section only.

at the moment there are about 8 of them some small some large, like a water blisters.

wear trainers most of the day and had the trainers for a few months now,

any ideas what causing it and why only my left foot and not my right.

Could be fungal. Get a doc to check as I'm sure I had the same years ago and a bit of prescribed cream sorted it.
