I have some wedssports rs5's alloys on my mr2 and i am struggling to get some new valves for them.
They are an unusual 90 degree type (nothing like the bike ones before anybody suggests those), the normal type catch on the caliper.
Tried emailing weds direct in japan and they said they dont deal with overseas customers direct but supplied two names - elite direct who say they no longer deal with weds products and vip style who i cant find a website for but the supplied number seems permanently engaged.
can anybody help?
thanks
Jay

Try Demon Tweeks. They used to stock 90 degree ones - not weds specific but they worked on my Rays.

Hmm, odd. I had a set of 14" RS5 Wedsports on my Charade Turbo, they didnt have right angle valves.

I think they were shorter than normal though.

first one looks promising but the bike ones are not suitable
marf, when you say you ha shorter ones on, do you mean the standard type valve, just a smaller version?

As I recall, and this is going back 4 or 5 years now, they had metal valves on them which protruded about 10-15mm max out of the rim. Certainly shorter than your average tyre valve.

Just to be clear, we're talking about this alloy

If so I guess the valve must be located elsewhere on larger diameters of this model?

http://www.nengun.com/rays/air-valvestem

Rays do 90 degree valve stems - may fit?

Careful though, are they just acting as an agent via Yahoo auctions? i.e. does he have them in stock or is that a re-hashed YJ auction page?

Good bunch of guys up there at Camskill, never had a problem with em. Spent a fair chunk of money with em when I had my charade turbo.
