When they did our road, the blokes doing the work picked up a car parked just like that one and left it on the pavement (one bloke each corner).

They may have looked like fat bds, but must have been quite strong as i don't remember a Sierra Sapphire being that light

....but yes if we cover every eventuality I'm sure there might be a logical reason for it...
