I've been a bit quiet on PH recently, mainly because my friends have kept me in a straight jacket after I announced the next car I would be buying.
It's still being lovingly assembled by the magical car fairies, but here's a little sneak peak of what's to come

How much does a turn key one of these come in at Eddy? Tidy and solid. I'm not a potential punter (well I don't think I am!), just curious. Eddy

Well, dificult to give a price as it depends on spec. They could start from around £2.5K. Elise performance, very practical, cheap to run/maintain/insure and surprise/Qcar factor. Bargain!Form an orderly queue lol

So things are progressing quite nicely with the Metro (code name "Doris") and completion is near 
Anyway, enough chatting, here's some more snaps
And finally, a drum roll for the best bit
I think it's pulling the sleeper look off perfectly. Also managed to take it for a very quick spin earlier and it's first impressions are very good
If all goes to plan I'll be bringing it home on Thursday, giving me just enough time to get familiar with it before the late summer run
Anyway, enough chatting, here's some more snaps

The Saxo is going
I've had fun raising a few eyebrows on PH runs with it over the last year, but it's not a particularly good road car and the Metro runs rings around it for everything else, plus, I can't say I'll miss the image either
