I had regular nose bleeds for a few months, and some blood when blowing my nose, plus it was quite sore just inside the nostrils.
After worrying like crazy about it for ages, I went to the doctor who diagnosed a nasal infection.
Gave me some cream, gone within a week!
It's probably something minor, so it's better to get it checked than be worrying about it.

I used to get them all the time - like, several-a-day all the time, from childhood to late 20s. I had both nostrils cauterised (one side twice) and it didn't help.
I then moved to the Middle East and they stopped virtually overnight. As a hayfever sufferer, I reckon it's something to do with that and/or colder weather. I've had hardly any in the last three years since I moved here (warmer and no pollen). But as soon as I go back to the UK, they start again.
So, my recommendations, based on extensive experience, would be to either move to the Middle East or carry lots of tissues.
Hope that helps.
(Alternatively, talk to the doctor and see if cauterisation could work, it seems to for others)
