Passive agressives in the workplace
Discussion
If you are new, sit and watch. Sometimes the best thing to do is just to observe. In observation you'll learn more about why people do what they do and more importantly how you would do it differently when it's your time to manage. You can never over observe - you can never watch too much.
At the moment it may all seem wrong to you, but often there differences between good and bad practices are very slight and you you can pick up those. Look for the good as well as the bad. The human interaction skills you need to be a good manager aren't taught in any book - you have to learn for yourself. TBO you sound like you are in the perfect place to learn what not to do.. which is a far better place at times than the what to do place. The experiences you learn now will be the ones you carry forward and the ones you'll remember in the future.
When you are ready, when you have established a place for yourself, then if you want to, change things that are in your power to change. But for now just observe, analyse and learn. It's a very undererated skill, but one of the most valuable.
