Advice on swopping interior on a 560sel W126

Hi I have a 1988 560sel with tired trim, I have been offered leather from a 1991 420sel, my question is will the back seats swap as the ones in the 560 are electric reclining and leather I am getting is not from a car with this spec, can the both cushions be un-bolted to fit onto the electric frame, any advice would be great. You need to take the leather covers off the frames as they are different .

It is not difficult - I have reclining rear bench in my SEL but not in my SE .
