Is the D1 theory test and hazard test much different to car?

I know the questions will be more tailored to busses and goods vehicles for some reason (according to the practic i found on the internet), i assume the hazard test is the same as the car? Ie; click lots and randomly at everything?

How hard is this nonsense to pass?
