Construction Industry - Trade or Professional

I work in the construction industry, and am just about to finish a contract position as a Project Manager.
I'm very lucky to have a few opportunities available to me, but I'm unsure as to which way to go next.
Bit of background first, did A levels, went to uni, got degree, then worked as an architectural technician / designer for a few years. Then I was lucky enough to get a job that combined time on the tools with management skills.
Next job was similar, combining time on the tools with management work.
However for the last 10 years, I've been in a suit / meetings, rather than on the tools. I lend a hand when we are under pressure, and have kept up my skills doing extensions, loft conversion at home.
Now I can't decide what to do next?
I have a firm offer of 3 months work, away from home, on the tools as a working manager. At a rate of X.
Opportunity 1 is an office based role in my home town. No idea of rate or contract duration yet.
Opportunity 2 is an office based role 100 miles from home, 6 months contract, also at a rate of X.
I have also put a tender in to do a small project, which would only last a month, but needs doing whilst the weather holds. It's in the clients hands as to if or when he places the order. I could fulfill that either myself, or bring a couple of mates in who are joiners to do it.
My head tells me to take the firm offer of 3 months work, as the three others are just opportunities?
So which way do I go?

We always have a lot of time for managers that have and don't mind getting their hands dirty.
The ones who have no practical experience are not worth tuppence. Whereabouts are you based? We are bidding for term contract in Notts at the minute (5 years) refurb or New build?
