I need to purchase a couple of extra pairs of 3d glasses to use with my Panasonic 3d TV. The genuine Panasoinc glasses retail at over £100 each a pair. I have seen on flee bay companies selling 'compatible' glasses for £20-30 a pair.

My question is are these as good performance wise as the more expensive Panasoinc items or are the cheap for a reason?

check for compatibility. Most 2011 3d tv uses RF type glasses while pre 2011 uses IR type. Most cheap 3d glasses on ebay are IR types.
