Light tent and lighting for it

Chaps,

I've just gone to get my light tent out to take some product shots, only to find the puppy got there first and it's more like camo netting now

Any suggestions where to get a decent pop up one? Also need some decent inexpensive lighting to go with it - also need suggestions there. Products are small typically (think food items)

Tent sorted. Still wouldn't mind a couple of tips on what lighting solutions I should be looking at though.

I just use a couple of anglepoise desk lights and sort out the white balance in post-processing.
