I am trying to get insured on my 1 Yr old R1. I have been rideing for 9 years on various bikes GSx-R's, Blades and the R1. Ok so Ive been banned twice and have 3 points but that seems to be the norm these days, can any one help with any one that can get me fully comp for less than £735. I would be most gratefull

Sorry to burst your bubble Mr 'speedy'

But having 2 bans and points is far from the norm. I'm surprised you can even get insurance! if you can get cover for what you say then I suggest you bite their hand off!

May I suggest trading the bike in for a golf buggy?

Good news matey, I was just about to suggest "wicked quotes" but you clearly don't need them now

Have you tried a company called H&R. I think that they take you NCB on your car into account also.
I was looking around for 3rd party insurance on a CBR600 and the best that i had before a quote from H&R was 750.
I rang H&R and they gave me a quote of £530 with 300excess and i didn't even have to haggle for that.
Still trying to find and cheaper insurer though.
