wheel centres

i have recently purchased a 350i and didnt notice one of the wheel centres was missing. I then removed one and got the code from inside [M141] but forgot to look in the centre of the missing one[what a wally].
when i looked in the centre of the missing one the wheel centre didnt have a lip curved up and measured70 mm dia. can anyone help with a code. it would appear i have a spurios wheel although it otherwise looks identical to the other 3 wheels

On my previous message I didn't have any photos so please see attached photos of wheel centre please advise if you know of any make or type that will match up.
