My Lymph nodes keep flaring up, mostly those in my neck and occasionally in my groin. It's not painful, but definitely uncomfortable.
It's not constant but they're giving me grief probably > 50% of the time. For some reason it seems to be worse when I'm at work.
I have an appointment with the ENT clinic, but it's not for 2 months!
Does anyone know what could cause this? I'm curious as to why it seems to be mostly at work. I had a week off recently and they hardly gave me any bother at all.
Can diet affect them? Stress? Although my job is more boring than stressful.
Any ideas?
