due to those great british roads i think my tracking needs checking and adjusting, does anyone know if it should be set to toe-in, toe-out or straight?

would be great to have the car corner weighted but can't find anywhere in kent, any suggestions?

Has to be set to Toe-in,
Toe-out makes for very twitchy steering, great if you are on a track but not for the open road.

Just had mine checked and set after new wheels fitted. Before the toe-in front and back was 10 minutes. The 'bible' gives the factory settings, which were said to be excellent as 20 minutes toe-in front and rear. Mine was adjusted and the difference was noticeable. Much less tram-lining, less twitchy and nervous at the front end, and more planted at the back. Tyre pressures also have a big effect. Too high and the car bounces around over the rough roads. Get the settings right and you get much more confidence in the car.

The 'bible' also gives camber settings (ideally 3/4 degree negative camber front and back) but some places don't have the facilities to measure and set camber. The place I went to could, but for some reason they couldn't set up mine at those figures before reaching the limits of the adjustment. Camber is only really important when cornering hard, so for normal road driving I can get away with it.
