If when driving down a lane late at night, a badger runs into your tyre when drivng along and dies, do you have to report it to the police? just been mentioned on another thread. Any BiB care to comment?

No.

But you do need to stop and report if owner is not present in relation to:

Horse, cattle (moos etc) ass, mule, pig, sheep, goat or dog. (RTA 1988 S.170)

Top roadkills here seem to be:

1. Hedgehogs - seems some drivers take a peverse delight in scrunching the Tiggywinks who are not known for speed.

2. Members of Watershipsdown. Bunnies.

3. Wind in the Willow Badgers

4. Reynard. because of easy pickings he is moving more and more into urban surrounds and kills now recorded in Towns.

5. The odd Bambi.

6 Not forgetting Dales and other Moor areas - Sean and his clan (sheep).

7/8. In Town Deputies and Moggies

Wouldn't fancy a bloody big Roo bounding out in front of my 4x4 as he aint going to like it. Neither am I it would seem.

No longer thank God. Wouldn't be able to stand much of the crap that's being fed to the young BiB of today. They do deserve medals for soldiering on in the face of adversity..

No Luke now just an OAP.

OAP - Old Age Pensioner (also known as CoffinDodger )

Chav - Britains Peasant Underclass, usually seen driving a rusty small car with silly bits of plastic and lights over it. Usually reads Max Power magazine

Lentilist - One who has an affection for eating lentils and hugs trees. Environmentalist. Greenpeace candidates but far far worse and generally has opionions based on total b*llocks (scamera reps usually)
