Attendance figures for BBWF 2011

As we are discussing about possibly having a change of venue for BBWF2012
can someone tell me

how many people turned up?
How many stayed over on Friday night
How many stayed over on Saturday night and
How many had the Hog Roast
How many Traders would we like
and any other important factors

Rooms booked for Fri Night 18
Rooms booked for Sat Night 38 with some extra's which booking late like the TVRCC comittee!
Over 58 Wedges plus another 20 cars on Sat!
Traders plus a rolling road numbers up to you!
Hog roast 60 +

Use of Car park!
Use of Function room!
Can we put on our own amusments! i.e. Wedge Elvis or something similar!
How late is the bar open to! (Mind you EC will not be open so late again due to a problem this year.)

Thats a shame they have got their facts wrong. The problem was with a guy from Bristol, not one of our group. How do I know, I saw it happen. In the morning, even his mate said he had been an arse.

They saw it on CCT, Yes it was not just our group but any group drinking till 3.30 was not liked buy members of staff! So it was hinted to me that the bar may beclosed a bit earlier in future, not just to us but all functions!

Actually the pumps get turned off by 1.00am and i did ask the manager about keeping the bar open as the two young lads serving didnt mind working late/early..Besides i did write them a very good customer feed back card..Even though i held them to ransom in the begining..
And yes maybe there was CCTV footage of an altercation but they would of also seen how responsibly it was dealt with by a member of the wedge fraternity..So there was NO incident..Only some red faces in the morning on both sides of the fence..I also spoke to the management in the morning and there was no ill feeling..I take full responsibility for any action taken but in strictist confidence..I for one did not want BBWF to be put in jeopardy in the future at Ettington..Hopefully next year there will be a hen night instead of a Judo convention there at the same time as us...PLEASE!!!

Sorry for butting in on your thread wedgers but just like to share what happened at the Growl.
On the Fri night/Sat morning there were quite a few of us still sitting at 3am with no problem and on the Sat/Sunday there were even more of us up till 4. The manager did say that 4 was extracting the urine a bit however he allowed the bar to stay open till we left. Only problem we had was drinking the place dry of Peroni on Friday afternoon

Whats all this then, bit of carry on at the chase!!! Next venue should be willing to turn cctv off and supply a boxing ring or Judo Mats
