Keeper Changes Warning

Ran a check on a car, and got this warning. What exactly does it mean?

I've HPI'd thousands of cars over the years and there is no such thing as a 'keeper changes warning'. If you text me over the reg number I'll get you a full check done tomorrow FOC and let you know if there's anything showing.
