As nice as that would be and I really would love to see that, Mercedes just simply don't have the car + the fact that it would take for at least 6 drivers in front of him to have DNF's which isn't going to happen.

Don't forget what happened with Force India a few years back as well, i believe Mercedes are in similar situation as FI were with their aerodynamics this year.

Spa was a one off 13 years ago. How many times has that happened since? If that crash happens again AND Schumacher wins I will run down the M1 butt naked. Not a pretty sight tho...

More wealthy than VJ Mallya?? He's is worth at least a billion and Richard Branson is worth close to 3 and a half billion. All irrelevant really since he could afford to buy Mercedes GP and still have enough to buy enough wienerschnitzel to last 10 life times.

I remember this well.. was on my home from a car boot sale (the mrs planned that not me!) and heard it, along with IIRC another smash on the restart!

MS has over £500m CASH, as a result of previous salaries, bonuses, endorsements, etc. If you were to strip out VJM's borrowings then it would be a lot closer, possibly even for Branson aswell...
