Got around £250 to spend but unfortunately its from a certain range only. I have just gone 10 years at a company so get free pickings up to 2500 points from this website.

The black Boss watches did appeal but from trying them on in a jewellers the face was too big for my wrists.

So I am thinking of maybe going for a Fastlane or Navy Police watch. They do nice shades, but what about the watches!??

I have an Edifice on at the moment.

Just because I fancied a change. I do like it!

Nice design and the fact that Casio make watches. Hugo Boss etc buy in cheap movements and stick them in their overpriced cases.

Looks nice AB. The Casio does have some nifty features that the others don't have. And not having a battery is a plus in terms of not havign to change it. How big is the face on yours, i can't seem to find a size online?

Are Rotary's seen as a decent make of watch?

The more I look into the Casio the more it is appealing to me I must admit.
Think I might take a punt on it, let you know what its like.

Its a very good point that they actually make watches whereas with Boss you are paying for the name.

I've no idea of the general consensus, but I think the Rotary range had some hidden gems - very decent for the money. I had a quartz Rotary 'beater' for years with great styling, heft, reliability and a quality feel. The current Rotary range includes some interesting looking automatics, but I've no idea what they are like. Others may have different views ... ?

They are certainly one of the firms that most often rips off other manufacturers designs. Can't believe Rolex , Breitling etc. haven't sued them.

^^ Very true, and I wonder the same about the likes of Parnis, Tao etc. Steinhart have a range that look identical to certain Rolex models and I'm amazed that they can get away with it.

Not that it stopped me buying one, in that last case...
