The police where pretty reckless there. They could have caused a massive accident trying to spin it out.

Standard practice is the US, but they didn't seem to be very far ahead of the following traffic.

I varies from area to area some agencies for instance have a no high speed chase policy as it is very dangerous especially in cities or dense traffic this was probably texas, nevada or arizona where they are a little more shoot first ask questions later types. Yes it was a very dangerous maneuver and it had been going on for 35 minutes so I assume they got permission to terminate it by any means necessary. Most likely there was a squad car off camera holding back the civilian traffic

Sell it? The car would only have been worth its weight in scrap after that. And I bet the owner is still reeling from paying off the finance for it and will have had to pay stupid insurance premiums for at least 5 years following.

fking car thieving scum should be banned from driving for life IMHO and given the fking birch in a public square, or better still, shot.

Good driving skills but wasted on scum IMHO mad

Have you even seen an episode of Traffic Cops? Multiple driving bans don't seem to stop people.

If you hit and kill someone due to being spun out in a P.I.T manover it's your fault for not stopping for the Police in the first place. Vehicular Homicide carries the death penalty in some states.

We should have it over here instead of three to five years for causing death by dangerous driving.
