So I haven't posted on here since back in the day before I could drive, and I highly doubt either of the cars are a pistonheads "thing" but since it was you guys that opened my eyes to the wonders of the mx5, i feel its only right to nip back in.

Anyway my first car was a 2006 on a 56 Renault Clio 1.4 Dynamique S
Started life totally standard.

Only semi clear picture I have in standard state.

then onto a few of its finer moments when I got massively into the "stance" thing.

This still lives on in another persons hands and I believe it still lives on strong.

Then In december last year I bought a completely standard uk 1.8 mk1 Mx5, Such an awkward afair buying it but regardless its here nearly 10 months later and Its easy to see where Its gone.

Picture of it then.

Then a couple of how it is now. However I dont have any decent ones, most are off phones etc. But you get the Idea.

Any comments and criticisms are welcome smile

I had to giggle at the v8 supercar referance on a polar opposite masculinity wise. The gear lever extension is vecause i dont really like the gearbox in it. i find ut awkward to use in a hurry so that defeats that and it makes it miles easier when slidihg.

The blue tape on the clio was due to my lazyness. id just cleaned it for a car show and figured if i cover key areas i wont have to make any effort when i get to the show. smile

How long since you sold the Clio? It was in a convoy I was also in of clios on the way to French car show in June. The owner was from Barnsley iirc?

Both are nice.

No there was a massive cliosport meet over at the trafford centre quite a while back and as a present to everyone i bought something like 7 boxes of doughnuts.

I thought it looked good out there! Really enjoyed your 5, seen it a service station on the way down as well. You got a proper build thread for this?
Would love to get a list of mods it has, thinking i might be getting one next summer smile

Something wrong there! Had 2 MK1's - and driven tonnes - and the gearbox should be the best bit of the car!! Short snappy throw is what a sports car is all about smile
